So Calla Contractor provides residential and commercial contracting, handyman, and construction-related services. The specific terms may vary depending on the scope of work, and additional agreements may apply for larger projects (including written quotes, service contracts, or construction agreements).

These T&C are intended to:

1. Service Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to request services. By booking with So Calla Contractor, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Estimates & Payments

Written estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
A deposit may be required for certain projects, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, check, and other forms as communicated by So Calla Contractor.

3. Changes & Cancellations

So Calla Contractor reserves the right to reschedule or refuse services if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Warranties & Limitations

Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or alterations made by others after service completion.
No guarantee is provided for materials supplied by the client.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and reliable services, So Calla Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or conditions beyond the agreed scope of work.
Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, and images, are the property of So Calla Contractor and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service

So Calla Contractor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including safety concerns, unlawful requests, or inappropriate conduct.
